DESCRIPTION: The home is a very large loft with a secondary guest room. The loft is floor to ceiling windows that overlook both the Miami Downtown skyline and Biscayne Bay. Floors are marble and the furnishings are warm with beautiful wood throughout. Tucked away on North Bay Village Island, the Loft is very quiet from the sounds of the nearby city. You are 15 minutes from South Beach or DT Miami. There is a large king size bed and the guest room has a sofa sleeper, closet and a full bathroom with shower/tub, sink and toilet. The kitchen is open to the living room with a center island that seats 6 comfortably. The loft is air conditioned has plenty of seating with three couches and a recliner leather chair. There is a flat screen TV and stereo system plus a washer and dryer in the unit. The building is fairly new, designed by a famous architect. It is built of steel and cement and very strong. The roof top pool provides a panaramic view of Biscayne Bay, South Beach, Downtown Miami and the mainland. There is plenty of restaurants near by, boat rental and charters and shopping. We are a married couple with no pets or children living with us. We work in the yachting business for Ardell Yachts and the newspaper industry at the Miami Herald. Often my husbands business in yachting requires us to travel to Europe or North America for business. METROPOLITAN AREA: Miami-South Beach North Bay village is a quiet Island adjacent to South Beach and the mainland. It is close to the retro architectual area know as nimo where you will find boutique type shops, local diners and a variety of restauants with cuisine from around the world. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Italy, Spain, France, Londaon, NYC, or anywhere wher there is large HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: We are allways open as our schedules are fairly flexable.
