Welcome to our place of relaxation and fun. We are the owners of Oasis By The Sea, both my husband Tim and myself know you will enjoy our home just as much as we do.

We enjoy the Beaches of South Walton for its resort like atmosphere, its architecture, and its unspoiled dunesand natural trails that go on for miles. You can find excellent fine dining, bike rentals to ride along scenic 30-A,
relax at the spa for the day, beach sports for the family, golf, great fishing, shopping from quaint little shops, outlet malls, to beautifully landscaped Pier Park.

There are few places on earth that are as romantic and serene as the emerald coast within the Beaches of South Walton. The stretch of beach goes on for miles, known to many as scenic Route 30A, it is no small wonder that this coastal region is still one of the most sought after luxury beach destinations. And there are few more romantic, luxurious, more private and convenient than The Beaches of South Walton.



Situated along scenic Route 30-A is an18-mile road that hugs the coast line along the Gulf of Mexico on Florida's Emerald Coast. If you have been here, you already know how special this place is. If not, you are in for a treat! Quite simply, this is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Along this unique road you will find sugar-white sand beaches, pristine dune lakes and virgin pine forests. You will also find a series of beach communities that are known for their relaxed, upscale lifestyle and award-winning architecture. Largely sought after, even in the winter, you'll find that this sophisticated area is minutes from cosmopolitan shopping, fine dining, and fun activities. The newest luxury ocean front condo is within a 9 unit building and it is not just another cookie cutter designed beach get away where all are alike and one bedrooms are crammed with furniture. The first floor, middle unit is completely different in design and unique with its coastal upgrades and welcoming feel.

The condo is truly a page from Coastal Living magazine, uniquely created in coastal decor', directly on the water's edge, it boasts stunning ocean views to enjoy, detailed touches from the pastel colored painted walls, warm glow of the coffee stained concrete floors, the ten foot coffered and white painted tongue and groove ceilings to the Pier One sconces in the hall way, makes for an inviting stay.

Everything within, from finishings, furnishings, fixtures, and fittings are of the highest quailty and "green".

Using the same principles we use within our own "green" home business we decided to use a few green practices when creating "Oasis By The Sea". It is well equipped with a Geothermal Heating & Cooling system-the only one on the street-reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gasses by 50%, equal to planting 14 acres of trees per year. We added to the indoor air quality by not installing carpeting which helps in the reduction of allergens. For the paint, we chose zero V.O.C. paint for the walls, the exterior walls have been sprayed with 5 ½” – R19 Icynene Spray-foam Insulation, also helping to seal all sources of air leakage into the home. The bathroom is equipped with a dual flush toilet to help with water consumption. The condo unit's windows exceed energy star requirements by 45%. Additionally, in achieving a good balance of style and environmental awareness, the living room coffee table was built from reclaimed wood that was taken from an Ohio barn built in 1824, its playful name of "Oasis By The Sea" is well earned.

In close proximity, guests can visit Eden State Gardens-a 161 acre park and tour its historical mansion "The Wesley House"- the beautifully renovated, two-story home with its elegant white columns and wrap-around porch-you can sit underneath its wide oak trees for a picnic in the summer. Get a rental bike, or bring your own for the 18 mile stretch of natural trails and town sidewalks to ride on and explore. Or, just grab a beach towel and head to the beach!

Within 2 minutes from Seaside, off of scenic highway 30A region on northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast, you'll find a coastal seaside property, a jewel.

The beaches of South Walton area also boasts many charming accommodations and upscale resorts, as well as dining options that include world-class 30A restaurants and intimate seafood eateries.
