DESCRIPTION: This completely remodeled condo is perfect for a small family or a group of friends. The open floor plan and dining area that seats nine makes it a perfect spot to make group dinners and entertain. The large upstairs den (2nd master turned into entertainment area) leads off to the gorgeous deck with build in king bed and 10 ft seating area + outdoor dining. This is a hot spot day and night. You and your guests can grab some sun during the day or catch the stars with a glass of wine in the evenings. If you're looking to have some time to just chill with friends/family and are into entertaining, this is the spot for you. Sleeps four in beds but there is also a loft with a double futon couch. This area is also the office and with wireless internet, you can get a little work done too if you need to. The upstairs den/entertainment room has a large couch and lots space. This can double for a 3rd bedroom if you require the space and want to bring a blow up mattress. The two bedrooms are set up as follows: one master with king bed, second bedroom with queen. There are three bathrooms; one in the master; one adjacent to the 2nd bedroom and one in the upstairs den. There are lots of linens, blankets, pillows and throws to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make dinners and entertain. Everything is very much like you see in the pictures with the exception of the living room furniture (It's now a chocolate suede couch with a glass coffee table) and the art has been removed. There is one television in the downstairs living room set up with basic cable, dvd and stereo. The upstairs den has a stereo and controls sound for the den, bathroom and deck; all wired and easy to use. Wireless internet. There is a pool on the property as well. I'm a professional women working in the fashion industry. I actually moved to the beach so I'm using my condo only for renting purposes at this time. I'm mostly interested in renting it out but if an amazing exchange situation presented itself and I was available to travel, I'd entertain the idea. Let me know what you have to offer. METROPOLITAN AREA: Los Angeles The property is perfectly located so that you can easily visit all the LA hot spots. Walking distance to cafes and shops, sushi and coffee. Two minutes to the grocery store; five minutes to Whole Foods; six minutes to Trader Joes. A few minutes more and you're at Universal Studio and the City Walk. The farmers market on Sundays is just down the street. Pop over one of the canyons and you're smack dab in the middle of Beverly Hills. Over the other canyon and you're in West Hollywood. Two minutes to the 101 and five exits later, you're in Hollywood. The other direction on the 101 and you're headed west to Malibu. Two exits that direction and you're at the 405 and off to the beaches of Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Ray. offer. It's also close to the studios if that's what you're looking for. Easy access to the 101, 405, 134 and the 5 make this a perfect spot to see all that southern California has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet. The unit is on the 3rd floor of a secured building so safety is not an issue. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Mostly interested in international travel though I would consider NYC. HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: would depend on offer and work load at the time requested. RENTAL AVAILABILITY: August 1st - Sept 30th (if your stay carries over into early sept, that's fine) RENTAL RATE: $300 per night with 4 night minimum. $1,800 per week. $5,000 per month.
