A newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped (everything is new), luxury one-bedroom apartment, available for short-term rentals all year round. The apartment has all the luxuries of a fine hotel but with the warmth and technologies of home. It makes it a wonderful place to come to alone. Or as a honeymoon couple. Or as a parent with special away time-with or without your kid Or for a job away from home. This elegant apartment with high windows with rod iron half-balconies with plants, high ceilings and parquet floors is on the ground floor of a classic 19th century Haussmanien era building with concierge and access code. It faces a private courtyard and is a secure and very quiet place.

Our flat has been conceived as « a Junior Suite » of a luxury hotel ( 2 HD TVs with a large choice of satellite channels from everywhere , DVD player , Micro HIFI stereo player (CD and MP3), hair dryer, computer, washer/dryer combo, unlimited internet connexions, international and local free calls for many countries except mobile phone …)

An American-style kitchen is open to the Salon and fully equipped with plenty of cooking gear, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, mixer, whisk and toaster.

There is a double wardrobe in the bathroom and cupboard space in the salon.

A welcome kit (with fresh flowers, French champagne, crakers, chocolates, soaps, shampoo etc.) awaits you to make your stay as wonderful as possible and will make you feel like Parisians instead of visitors.

METROPOLITAN AREA:

Less than 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees and 10 minutes to Trocadero and Eiffel Tower, ideally placed in the heart of the business, haute couture and leisure district, our flat awaits your arrival.

From here, you can explore the lively shopping area around or enjoy the quiet charm of neighbouring avenues.

The Trocadéro gardens, the Champs-de-Mars with the Eiffel Tower, are ideal places for a leisurely stroll, and the picturesque Bois de Boulogne is just a 5 minute drive away.

Culture vultures will be happy to know that the musées de la Marine and de l'Homme, Guimet and Galliéra, and the Palais de Tokyo are all close by.

And Theatre buffs can take in a show at the théâtre national de Chaillot.

Travellers will be pleased to know that it is just few steps to the Kléber International Conference Centre and businesses around the area.
Kids will appreciate outdoor playgrounds just around.
There are also plenty of casual and fine-dining choices nearby, plus a grocery store down the street if you choose to cook.
