DESCRIPTION: Semi-detached home, very private, with large patio & gazebo. First floor is the living-dining room + open kitchen + powder room. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath+ what I call my "reading room" It is very open & comfortable. Downstairs arme more rooms, whasher & dryer + a small bedroom/living room. The vew from the terrasse is beautiful. It is a small forest where you can go walking in summer or snow shoeing in winter. We can also see the ski slopes all lighted at night. Anyway you can see the pictures! There are also 2 parkings spaces. I hope that I am not making to many errors with my english since I am french speaking!! I am a "young" retiree from the airline business so I can travel often for short or long periodes.BUT I leave my beloved cat at home! METROPOLITAN AREA: Laurentides The Laurentiens are 45 min. north of Montreal. It is very popular in all seasons. For exemple one can go sking swimming or golfing only a fews minutes away by car. There is something beautiful at every seasons. Lots of people come here in the fall just to see the colours of the leaves!! PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: France, Spain, Italy anywhere in Europe where I can take the publics transports..also the Islands like Martinique, Barbados ect...I am open to suggestions. Be sure that I will always answer any proposition. Thank you! HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: Winter, summer, fall..& spring! RENTAL AVAILABILITY: On request if it is possible for me at that time. RENTAL RATE: $1000. can dollars a week.
