DESCRIPTION: We have a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 3000 square foot home with deck, backyard, hot tub and view in an upscale suburban Portland neighbiorhood. We also have a 5 bedroom 3 bath vacation home at SunRiver resort in Central Oregon that comes complete with a canoe and bicycles for the 50 miles of paths and mountain bike trails Our Portland home has a living room, dining room, den, family room, 2 flat screen tvs, and a garage. Erich and Margaret are both lawyers with two children: a 17 year old son and a 22 year old daughter who attends school at UC Boulder. We like to hike, bike, fish, raft, walk, run, read, boat and play tennis. METROPOLITAN AREA: Portland and Bend Portland: A very user friendly city with lots of wonderful restaurants, a great museum, biking and hiking trails and fun neighborhoods. Our home is 9 miles from the center of downtown Portland in a lovely upscale neighborhood. Our SunRiver home is across the street from the river and is a great vacation home. SunRiver is in Central Oregon at the foot of Mt. Bachelor which offers supurb skiing and snow activities in the winter and golf, hiking, biking, swimming and tennis in the summer. It is high desert so the summer days are warm and dry and the evenings are cool.
