It is a fully renovated and it does not look like a garage any more. Very beautiful, in a peaceful neighbourhood near University at Bufalo, North Campus.

This property is 15 miles from the Niagara Falls, most travelled attraction in the world.
If you want to travelto Canada, Toronto is 80 miles away. Canadian consulate is located in the downtown area of Buffalo, NY. You can get the Canada visitor visa in 3-4 hours. Currently I use this property to stay overnight when I vist Buffalo area for meeting with my clients or work.

I am just owner of this place. I have two tennants live in one of the duplex unit in this property.
