we have a 2 thousand sq.ft. home three bedrooms with two full baths,attached garage, fenced back yard, wonderful sophisticated professionals for neighbors, we have a fire place, full kitchen, two small bedrooms and one master with bath. The Master bedroom is the only room without a view of the Monterey Bay....Steinbeck Country....

This Roger Pool designed home is not a standard track home. We sit on top of the hill and we are approx. three miles away from downtown Monterey,6 miles from the wharf and cannery row, 8 miles from pebble beach and carmel....Sunsets here are breathtaking we are in walking distance to the bus stop at the corner and walking distance to the shopping center down hill.

We are a childless couple except for our wolf hybrids and we love to travel and do long road trips...we know the area living here for over 28 years.
