- We love pets too, but have had too many uncontrolled ones cause damage, which results in forfeiture of deposit moneys and a bad experience for everyone. If you plan on bringing pets, get authorization from us first. Not doing so causes a forfeiture of your deposit. If need be, there is a kennel nearby so your pet will not be too far away.

- Our gem includes: master bedroom with king size bed and full bath with jacusi tub, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd full bath, plasma cable TV/DVD, wifi hi-speed internet, fireplace, laundry, modern appliances throughout, luxuriously furnished and decorated with artwork from local craftspeople and artists.

- We do NOT have a telephone. Use a VOIP service with your computer and our wifi connection, or check with your cell provider if your cell phone will work here. Verizon Wireless is flawless here, but not sure about the others.

- Onsite ammenities: private waterfront for swimming/boating, hot tub (cool during the day, hot in the evening), a private marina with slip, firepits/barbeques, gymnasium.

- Nearby walking distance: Library with free computers/internet, public transportation, a super market, post office, fine dining as well as diners and pubs, boat rentals.

We take immaculate care of our gem, and would appreciate exchangers who value the same care of their home. We are active, educated professionals, non-smokers, no pets, dedicated to showing our 8 year old son the magnificence of God's great creation. He is well-traveled and behaved.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Kalispell, MT

Flathead Lake is the gateway to Glacier National Park, and unique in the USA for it's resplendant rocky mountain beauty combined with a crystal deep water alpine lake. The sunsets are surreal here, and the views, clean air, hiking, wild life, watersports, golf, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hot air balloning, dining, and on and on, make for a great vacation.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Australia, Italy, Greece, Holy land.

HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: Year-round, non-simultaneous OK.
Summer is high season on the lake, June - September. Winter is ski season at the two nearby ski resorts.

RENTAL AVAILABILITY: Year-round. summer is for lake fun. winter is for skiing.

RENTAL RATE: All rates are negotiable. Please email. guidelines.
