The "Beach Villas at Kahaluu" is a resort condominium complex of just 21 units. Onsite includes swimming pool; jacuzzi, and bbq. Personalized, and private setting, with every vacation amenity within easy reach.

I am the developer of this project, having sold the majority of the apartments, but now holding several for rental. We have lived in Hawaii for 30 years, enjoying the various islands, as I worked in the resort & residential development industry.

Kona Hawaii is the Big Island's central vacation location. Easy access north to cowboy country; Mauna Kea Telescopes; and sailing; and, easy access south to the volcano, and Hilo, Hawaii's 2nd largest, and oldest, city.

HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: We have availability through-out the year, but exact dates will have to be coordinated.

RENTAL AVAILABILITY: Most dates available, but will need to coordinate.

RENTAL RATE: Ground Floor: $125/ nite ( 5 nite min. )
2nd floor: $165 / nite ( 5 nite min. )
3rd floor: $195 / nite ( 5 nite min. )
All units have oceanview, although the higher, the better.
$250 damage deposit ( fully returnable ); 1 night deposit upon booking; remainder 30 days before arrival; cancellation w/ full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival; $100 cleaning fee.
