Nice touristic village; windy place (also winsurfing, sailing - wind to up 6mt x sec - often international sailing competitions) beach 15 minutes walk; tennis 10/15 minutes walk;100 mt from the flat there is the port to get boats to visit the lake of Garda, the biggest in Italy; shopping streets & restaurants 30 mt away; small local museums, Well known Verona Arena, ancient roman area for shows, specially operas, with organised bus trips from Riva (90 km, 1,15 H); in Verona there is also Romeo and Juliet balcony (Shakespeare); Venice is 200 km far, 2,30 h; organized bus trips, eg.: around the lake, Verona arena, Dolomites, Venice etc. other touristic villages all around the lake, some can be reached also by boat; SKIING in winter: car,is needed, 40 min away (Brentonico, Polsa, ecc)

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: preferably Italy, for example Toscana, Roma; also considering Europe, Asia
