This South Lake Tahoe home is a fully furnished two story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs w/queen beds with 2 full bathrooms. For additional sleeping the living room has a fold out queen super soft foam sofa bed. Also a full bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipt and has wonderful forest views. A formal dining room that seats 8. The kitchen has additional seating with table in the bay window. The master bath is a Jacuzzi tub. The living room has 2 couches for seating and a wood burning stove for romantic evenings. There is a large cable HDTV with(Golf and NFL+College sports channels) with DVD player and stereo for cd's and cassettes plus wireless router for your laptop. This home is available all year round. The Tahoe lake has 2 large river boats to take a scenic cruise across the lake. You can take the tram to the summit at Heavenly all year round and dine at the top. Lake Tahoe is a beautiful emerald blue lake to enjoy while you travel around to visit its many beautiful beaches. The Lake Tahoe area is a perfect all year round recreation resort with all your vacation needs. PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: We would enjoy a weekly stay in Venice, Paris and Hawail. HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: All year round. RENTAL AVAILABILITY: All year round RENTAL RATE: $230 to $300 per night per night. Plus $100 cleaning fee and $100 fully refundable SECURITY FEE.
