It is a very spacious flat in the centre of Certaldo, (about 120 square mts 1300 square feets), sunny and finely furnished, right in the heart of the green Tuscany. It has three bedrooms for 6 sleeping place: two double bedrooms with king-size bed and the other with two single beds. There is a large entrance, a nice relaxing dining-living room, a bathroom and large bright kitchen with two big windows, and a nice balcony facing the old medieval village that is the old part of my town (1300 A.D.). The house is equipped with color TV, washing machine, microwave and independent heating for the winter. It is located not more than 5 minutes away walking from the railway station, right on the Florence-Pisa-Siena line, so that you can visit Tuscany most important cities without using a car. You can also find a big supermarket, which is very close to the house.
