Close to Montreal's main thoroughfares: only two hours away from Quebec City and one hour from the scenic Laurentians and Estrie region.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed and TV, 1 room with twin bed, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds) with a complete bathroom. Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher, microwaves and other appliances), dining room, family room with TV and VHS, living room with foyer, piano and bathroom. Basement: game room with TV (including VHS player and Nintendo console), office (computer with unlimited high-speed Internet access), exercise room with TV, laundry room. Outside: deck with lawn furniture, barbecue, large playground, 2,500 sq. feet backyard contiguous to glazing bar. Charming, quiet neighbourhood.

8-seat 2002 Minivan with DVD player, air conditioner and automatic transmission. We also have a BMW 325 XI 2002 Bicycles (2 for adults, 2 for teenagers, 3 for young children). Bicycle trail 1 minute from the house.

Looking to exchange (for 2 or 3 weeks in July/ August) for classic house close to the sea. Reliable, trustworthy babysitter and housekeeper available upon request.
