The home we are offering for exchange is our second home. It is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with an office that can also sleep an additional 2 people – total occupancy is 6 persons. (Though the futon in the office is not the most comfortable bed in the world – just warning you!) The size of the house is approximately 1800 square feet, or 550 meters. It’s located in a typical American neighborhood. The yard is adorable, and surrounded with a white picket fence.
The wine collection is locked up when we leave (sorry!) but we might be convinced to leave a bottle for your enjoyment! |

This location is great for horse enthusiasts -- September/October 2010 for the World Equestrian Games, proximity to the Kentucky Derby every may, proximity to Keeneland Race Track which runs every April and October. |
