| HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: Mt. Baker Lodging vacation rentals are available year-round! | |||
| RENTAL RATES: RATES: Rates for Chalet 7 range from $269.00 to $469.00 per night, and from 1614.00 to $3283.00 per week. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $109.00 to $509.00 per night and from $654.00 to $3563.00 per week USD + tax. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is dur-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled daue-date. PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal cecks. CANCELLATIONS: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, there is a $65.00 Cancellation Fee, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest vai company check. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same nightly rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies. | |||
