Beautiful three-story Bedroom/three bath home situated in the Pinetrees of Cambria with White-Water Ocean Views. Located only two 1/2 mile from the ocean and two blocks from West Village with gourmet restaurants, art galleries and fine shops. Central California's coastlines is one of the most beautiful in the U.S.. Abundant wineries & farmlands in surrounding area. The floor plan offers two bedroom suites, each with bath. There is a smaller bedroom on the main
floor also with it's own bath. The lower suite offers king sized bed, a sitting area and office nook, walk-in closet and Monterey pine-wooded views. The upper suite has white-water ocean views and French doors to a private deck along with a queen sized Tempur-pedic Mattress with an adjustable Swedish Sleep System. The house can accommodate up to five people. Fall asleep every night to the ocean waves. The ground floor includes a carpeted living room with skylights making for a very bright home with a stone fireplace, dining area and beveled glass front door. A tiled kitchen includes dishwasher and all other domestic appliances next to the laundry room with washer and dryer. In the living room you find TV, VCR, and a DVD player. Internet connections are located in each bedroom. There is a Mac computer downstairs and PC upstairs. Every room has a telephone line. The barbecue is located on the deck in front and there is patio furniture for outside dining. Downstairs there is a small wine cellar and a workshop. The house is located on a quiet street overlooking the village, the forest and the ocean! There is a separate entrance for the downstairs suite. Cable television included. The house is well-kept, and we plan to do the same with yours. |
