It is a roomy late Victorian house buit in 1890 with high ceilings and big windows. It has a very spacious feel and is about 2,500 feet in volume.It has a large double living room - 30 foot by 13 and a light kitchen opening onto the garden. In the summer we often eat out.
We provide towels and linen, and there is a washing machine/tumble dryer,fridge freezer, airing cupboard, a dishwasher and an iron. A maid is available on Fridays for four hours at $16.00 an hour.
The house is full of books which you are welcome to read.Obviously as we live in the house with our three teenage children it is full of our stuff, and not like a hotel. But it has a nice atmosphere a family would appreciate.
We would request the rent 10 weeks in advance and also a deposit cheque against breakages of 1 week's rent, to be paid four weeks in advance.
We do not want more than five people to occupy the premises.
