DESCRIPTION: Our apartment is a 140 sq. meter apartment with 2 bedrooms, one double one single, and 2 full bathrooms. It holds 4 very well. It has a modern eat-in kitchen,dishwasher,microwave,electric oven and a table that seats 4 and a large living room with lots of books and decorated in good taste with art nouveau and art deco objects . It is our home and was totally raefurbished in 2001 when we moved in. Central air conditioning .It is a 100 year old building well kept with a very helpful concierge. We can offer domestic help. It has washing machine and dryer.Two TVs CD player and access to computer and internet from my small office. There is one large room which is my husband´s professional office and must be kept closed. Sorry, No pets no small children no smokers.
The neighbourhood has several excellent Basque restaurants and if you are good walkers you can stroll down to the Olympic Port or to the Ramblas and the Gothic Quartier.15 to 20 minute walk. We are near everything .All sorts of transportation right in fornt of our building or around the corner.There is also the possibility of CADAQUÉS where we have a small 65 sq meter apartment 5 minutes from the sea ,well designed and fully equipped.This would not require a simultaneous exchange.
