The ground floor of the Istanbul house is open plan, with kitchen, living room and door leading to balcony. Three bedrooms are upstairs. Within a few minutes walk are the restaurants/bars of the Cihangir/Beyoglu neighborhood. The historic neighborhood of Sultanahmet is 10 minuts by taxi.

The Aegean summer house is a two-storey stone building with walled garden in the picturesque village of Adatepe, about 5 hours south of Istanbul by boat & car. It's five minutes drive from the beach, up in the hills with cooler evenings and great walking in the pine forests.

We have two children aged 7 and 9 - there are a variety of toys/games and two beds suitable for children.
