we are 'empty-nesters' - Declan is vice-president of a pharmaceutical company and Jean is an accountant. We have exchanged many times mostly to the USA.

wonderful area for sports/walking enthusiasts and within a short bus or train ride to the city. Our home back on to a tennis club which has indoor and outdoor facilities. There are 6 golf clubs within 5 miles radius of our home and many more within 10-20 mls. Beaches and hill walking within 1 km. Bus and train within 5 mins walk.
