The flat is on two floors and 100 square metres.It has a well-fitted kitchen and bathroom and all mod cons. There is cable TV, plenty of music of different types and books. There are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and there is a spare mattress as well if necessary.

East is a colourful, lively and up and coming area
with plenty of shops and a good market nearby.
The flat is situated in a quiet street with trains at the back and a park nearby.

There are good tram and connections over the whole city at the end of the street. There is also a train station very close by.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Cities, countryside, seaside: USA, Southern Europe, Caribbean, South America.

PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: First week of May, 2nd half of July, last week in October and Christmas.
