DESCRIPTION:
Main floor has a comfortable living room with fireplace and upright Steinway piano, dining room, fully renovated kitchen,library,guest room/office with sofa bed and full bath. Top floor has master bedroom with queen size bed,full bathroom, two children's rooms, each with a twin bed. Finished basement with WII and TV. We have a large covered front porch that looks out on the Washington Park Arboretum.Skiing is a one hour drive; Vancouver, BC is two hours; Victoria, BC is a 90 minute ferry ride away. We have many recreation items available: 2 each mountain and road bikes, one tandem, one double kayak and one single kayak, LOTS of backpacking and nordic ski gear.We are about two miles from downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market (a very easy bus ride). We are open to an auto exchange. Our traveling party will include two children.

Fully landscaped yard with large outdoor dining and seating areas. BBQ. Possible auto exchange. Bicycles and kayaks available.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Seattle, Washington.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Western or Eastern Europe (Budapest, Prague?)- not seeking United States exchanges.
