Top (9th) floor (side wing of Vienna's new tallest building "Mischek Tower") with a gorgeous view over the City and the river Danube, across the Vienna International Center ("UNO City"). Enjoy unforgettable sunsets while having dinner on your open terrace, and later see the moon and the lights of town in the mirror of the sparkling river. The condo is located right at Vienna's most desirable recreation area, the "Donauinsel". Jogging, biking, skateboarding as well as all kinds of water sports such as swimming, sailing, boating and windsurfing is just around the corner. Any sports equipment you might want you can rent right there. you'll even find rare facilities like a water skiing lift. Here you also can try a variety of nice, informal restaurants (pizzerias, greek tavernas, sushi, kepap and many others) as well as a huge cinema complex, many pubs and discos (just right, close enough to go there but distant enough not to hear the noise all night...). The beautiful "Donaupark" in front of your windows offers fields of ornamental plants and flowers, jogging parcours, ball sport grounds, bicycle and rollerblading tracks and many, many more. Have a picnic in the park or even a grill out at one of the fire places, or enjoy lunch or dinner up in the revolving panorama-restaurant of the "Donauturm". One morning, decide for a day's ride on a bike along the Danube as far as you can make it and come back by ship. The name of this district, by the way, is Kagran, and that's why the Viennese call their paradise "Copa Cagrana".
Close to all sights and amenities as well as to the downtown highway and to the underground: 2 stops to the Prater with the famous „Giant Wheel", 5 stops only to St. Stephen's Cathedral in the heart of Vienna and one more (or walk the fashionable Kaerntner Strasse) to the Opera House. In the evening, take the underground a few stops the other way and have a glass of wine and listen to typical folk music together with the locals in one of Vienna's famous „Heurigen". Supermarket, guest parking, hairdresser and other stores in the house.
