The apartment has a cable TV with CNN and BBC world; a Yamaha upright piano; wireless Internet (wi-fi) for your laptop.

I am a journalist and I write novels for teenagers (see http://www.jjgreif.com ), Cathie teaches maths and computers in Paris university.
We like to exchange the apartment once a year. We usually take our vacations in July or August, but the exchange does not have to be simultaneous. If you are interested, you can either come to Paris in July or August, or choose another time of the year (as long as your own place is free in July or August, of course).
Our favorite spots in America are Manhattan near Central Park, the beaches in Los Angeles. We are open to other propositions, of course, for example a mountain resort in summer.

METROPOLITAN AREA: Paris, France.

The neighborhood is Le Marais, the historical center of Paris. Many beautiful sights are within walking distance. Four subway lines and at least twelve bus lines are close by. All our American guests love the apartment, and especially its location.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: United States, Manhattan, New York near Central Park, a Los Angeles, California beach, Europe, London, England.

HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: Basically all year, as it is a second home.

RENTAL AVAILABILITY: Contact for availability.

RENTAL RATE: You can also rent the apartment. The price is $1,200 for one week (including a $100 charge for laundry and cleaning). We grant discounts for longer stays.In the case of an exchange, you can use our Toyota car-if you are not afraid of Paris driving.
