DESCRIPTION: A beautifully restored detached farmhouse set in olive groves close to Castelfiorentino, where local shopping and restaurants are available. A great deal of care has been taken in the restoration and decor to ensure authenticity. Terracotta tiled floors have been re-laid using original tiles wherever possible and furniture has been chosen to reflect the period, all without compromising modern day living. The farmhouse consists of three large double bedrooms (one room has bunk beds), two modern bathrooms, an old style kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, large dining room with solid dining table that easily accommodates eight persons, study, sitting room, covered terrace and outdoor patio shaded by trees.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Europe - North America, United States, Canada. HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: July - August. RENTAL AVAILABILITY: April, May, June, September, October. RENTAL RATE: 490 to 840 USD per week (depending on the number of the persons).
