The apartment surface is 40m2, and it is located just across the street from the park Buttes Chaumont in the 19th "arrondissement" of Paris . The apartment is fully equiped :internet WIFI, washing machine, cable TV, fix phone with free calls to more than 90 countries including whole EU, USA, Argentina, Chili, french fix phones etc, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer.
We are leaving Paris on march the 20th until the april 7th and would like to sublet our apartment during this time period.

Calm residential neighbourhood, 10 min walk to the area with active night life (Bars, restaurants, etc).
Located just across the street from the park Buttes Chaumont in the 19th "arrondissement" of Paris. Ten minutes to the center of Paris (Chatelet).

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: Croatia, Spain, south america, London, Italy, USA.

HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: March 20th - April 7th 2011 (For sublet)
June - august (for exchange)

RENTAL AVAILABILITY: March 20th - April 7th 2011

RENTAL RATE: 20 march to 7 april 2011 = 700 euros
450 euros per week.
