With ‘all the comforts of a home’, this three story villa, has three fully self contained, private, spacious ‘condo style’ units. Each unit takes up a complete floor level, with a full kitchen, dining and living room. All three floors combine into one superb Villa, perfect for family or group vacations.
The top floor and ground floor have one bedroom. The larger second floor, has three bedrooms, and is ideal for a family or group of six. Altogether, the Villa sleeps ten. It is tiled, tastefully furnished, with far more space, amenities, and privacy than any hotel.
Villa sleeps 10 comfortably in 3 kings (can be split), 2 queen beds and has 2 additional sofa beds.
A 2001 Honda Civic car is optional at $ 25/day if available.

Nearby Progreso (10km) has a nice sea front esplanade and restaurants that provide food service to shaded tables placed on the beach. Cruise ships stop here twice a week
Close to several Mayan archaeological sites. Dzibilchaltun twenty minutes, Xcambo 30km,
CHICHEN ITZA is a two hour drive.
On site caretakers 24/7 (who will baby sit). Laundry facilities. Air conditioning. Hi speed Internet and computer available. Swim when and how you want to.
Airport shuttle and guides available. Forty minutes to MERIDA’s international airport (MID).
Plenty of parking on and off site. A car is recommended. Car rental may be available.

 Our primary home is in Los Angeles, but we spend a few months every year at our second home in Yucatan, Mexico, we love the ambiance and culture.
We enjoy traveling and cruises. Anie traveled with the US State Department for many years and
is now a realtor/mentor in LA and semi retired. She speaks 5 languages including French, Italian,
Portuguese, Spanish and English. Stan is a mechanical engineer,PE, educated in Birmingham,
England, now retired as a Forensic Engineer and Expert Witness.

METROPOLITAN AREA: YUCATAN

We are close to many Mayan archaeological sites, Dzibilchaltun 20 minutes, Xcambo 30 km,
CHICHEN ITZA is a 2 hours drive. Cancun, 4 hours drive. Great beach area. Good coach services.
Weather is always warm, but always a breeze at the beach. Nice restaurants and live theater's in PROGRESO and MERIDA. 10 km to a supermarket.
Locals are very friendly and polite. A welcoming, simple and hospitable population. You will find the Mayans a gentle and proud people, always smiling and happy to help. You will notice a feeling of being welcome and safe amongst the local people.
This is true of most of the Yucatan, as its roots are founded in Mayan culture.
For day trips there are many options: Exotic ruins and locales, swim in Cenotes (under ground cave lakes). Explore small towns and Puertos. Flamingo nesting, trips to Historic Merida and many more, offering an almost limitless variety of activities for vacationers.
Discover the culture by browsing through Progreso,Chicxulub and Chelem and other cities and participate in local events.
Or, a 45 minute drive to Merida and you are in a beautiful, romantic and historic colonial capital.

 All major car rental companies are in Yucatan and several local companies also. Cars can be delivered to the airport awaiting your arrival. Airport rentals are usually 10% higher than in the city. Roads are good. We can arrange for a guide or pickup from the Merida airport.
