DESCRIPTION:
Bright, airy, 10th floor appartment of 1,000 sq. feet in the center of London. The appartment has two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, extra toilet, balcony and large living room. It is located 100yds from the river, on the Thames Path and only 5 minutes walk from the Tate Modern and the National Theatre. Public transport links are excellent but all of the main attractions of London are within easy walking distance. Our car is available although it is not really necessary as public transport is a better option.
The appartment is well furnished and equipped in a secure, portered block.

We are a retired professional couple with much experience of 'swapping' homes. All of our experiences have been pleasurable. Many have become 'regular' arrangements and some have led to lasting friendships.
We prefer not to have smokers and/or pets.

METROPOLITAN AREA:

The appartment is located on the south bank of the River Thames between Blackfriars and Waterloo Bridges. This area known as Bankside has a rich history but in the past 4-5 years developed has into the most exciting location in London for the arts and fine restaurants.

PREFERRED DESTINATIONS: New Zealand, United States (Manhattan, Alaska, North West Coast) South Africa, Canada (Vancouver, Maritime Provinces), France (Paris et al), Norway. But are open and will consider anywhere.

HOME EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY: Anything is negotiable.

RENTAL AVAILABILITY: Summer months in particular for period up to 4 months. Anytime for shorter lets.

RENTAL RATE: £1500 per month.
