Your vacation home features a quiet neighborhood setting, and yet is walking distance from the Rio Verde Community Center with Pool, Hot Tub, Library, Pool Table and something allways going on. The floorplan is split, with Master Suite to the right of the Great room and a Guest Suite to the left, each with full bath. All linens are included and a washer and dryer are conveniently available in the laundry room.
The dining area overlooks the expansive shaded, rear patio which borders on the nature preserve of McDowell Mountain Park. The front shaded patio overlooks the one acre lot with desert landscape, massive saguaro and serene mountain view. A home theater in the office / media room provides high definition viewing of TV, VCR and DVD programming. An extensive library of movies, books and games is on site for your enjoyment. |
