The home is located in Central Florida 25 miles west of the Atlantic Ocean and 60 miles from Florida's major tourists' attractions: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Cape Canaveral, etc. For the nature lover, the area provides much in the way of outdoor sports: Golf Courses, Surfing, Canoeing, Water Skiing, Snorkeling, Tennis, Hiking, etc. There are many natural springs for swimming and recreation and national Forests and Wildlife preserves within easy driving distance.
