Built in 1908, the house is a classic beach bungalow restored and enhanced, with three bedrooms, a living room, a study, and three full baths. An upstairs master bedroom offers privacy and space. Three children live here happily: the house has room for yours. The house has high-speed Internet access and wideband cable television, including HDTV upstairs. A walled shaded garden is outside the front door.

The surroundings:The house is on a walkstreet -- one of the pedestrian-only streets found in the immediate vicinity of the beach in Venice. The Venice boardwalk, less than 40 meters away, is, after Disneyland, the most visited tourist destination in Los Angeles. Despite the remarkable scene at the ocean promenade, which includes a cross section of Los Angeles, the immediate surroundings of the house are reliably tranquil and serene.
