This private family home is on a pretty section of Stone Creek screened by aspen and spruce, 5 minutes from the Beaver Creek ski area and 10 minutes from Vail. The home has 3 large bedrooms, each with a large bath with tubs and showers. There is a separate bath steam shower for relaxing after skiing, golfing or hiking. Beautifully furnished and decorated, completely equipped appliances and everything needed for gracious, relaxing living. Stunning view of sunrise over the Gore Range starts each day happily. The house is for exchange only, and the exchange timing can be flexible, as this is a second home. We have had very successful swaps with couples in London, Sweden, New York, San Francisco and elsewhere. Our interests include New York, Chicago, European and South American capitals or scenic/vacation areas.
