Our house was originally built in approximately 1840. It was renovated and upated in 2009.
Downstairs: New kitchen (granite counters, farmhouse sink, Dishwasher), dining room, living room (with sleep sofa), full bath. Upstairs: Two large bedrooms,each with one full bed and one twin bed. Full bath, one bedroom has half bath. Can sleep total of 6 people plus travel-size crib. Attached house in unit of 3 (end unit). New exterior including new large 2-level deck with charcoal grill. Parking for 2 cars. New shared private dock. 500 ft to water's edge on quiet cove. You may bring kayaks or similar small boats and tie them up at dock. Because we are perched on the edge of the peninsula, our water table is too high to permit a washer and dryer. We can arrange for linens, or you can supply your own. High speed internet service (wifi) and cable TV. |
