Our sunny 3200 square feet air-cond penthouse in a typically "sixties" architecture offers you 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. On the 9th floor : a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances windowed balcony, bedroom1/full size bed with an enclose marble bathroom toilets , bedroom2/full sized bed sofa (sleeping 2) with separate granit bathroom and separate toilets.
A flowered balcony runs all along the living room and one bedroom. 10th floor : a rest area (den), the master bedroom/king size bed with a windowed full onyx bathroom (jacuzzi). A spectacular landscaping terrace (1000 Square feet, rare in the city) overlooking Paris offers 2 rest areas, a fully equipped summer kitchen, a bbq a table seating 12 and the view on all the most beautiful Paris monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Notre Dame, Montmartre etc...) Except in the dining room, you will find cable TV and DVD as wireless internet throughout the apartment. We exchange our Mercedes A 170 (small size) which is parked in a parking lot under the building. The house is very convenient for 6/8 and we hope you will enjoy your stay. |

| PREFERRED DESTINATIONS:
We would like to exchange in Los Angeles only (with a pool if possible) as our daughter moved to this city 3 months ago. We want to spend our summer holidays close to her. For the end of the year 2009, we are looking for an exchange in Sydney (with a pool) to spend Christmas time with our son. |
