| PERIOD OF AVAILABILITY: The house is available for rent during selected summer months and is otherwise available year round for swapping or rent. | |||
| RENTAL RATE:
Summer Rate (June-September): $1400 per week, plus taxes and cleaning fee, one week minimum. Mid season rate (October-May) $1100 per week, or $175 per night, plus taxes and cleaning, 3 night minimum. Deposit of 50% due on booking, with remainder and $250 deposit due within 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is canceled prior to 30 days before arrival, deposit fee will be retained. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given. Deposit will be returned 30 days after departure, subject to retention for damage or replacement. Lease agreement will be sent once reservation is made. Cleaning fee of $100 will be added to rental amounts |
